Volunteer Opportunities

Berks Encore’s volunteers are truly unsung heroes, and we appreciate each one of them and every single hour they contribute. During 2020, more than 300 NEW volunteers helped to support the mission of Berks Encore during these unprecedented times. We rely on these often silent, yet strong and extremely dedicated volunteers to reach the Berks County aging population.

Our volunteers provide a variety of services including packing and delivering meals, volunteering at the centers or during special events, preparing our monthly newsletter, and providing counseling for Medicare.  Without a doubt, they are an essential part in bringing aging services to Berks County’s residents.
