Centers Offer Virtual Exercise Programs
Besides our regular exercise and social programs offered at each of our senior community centers, we area also offering some virtual programming.
The following exercise programs are still being offered virtually from some of your favorite in class instructors. Most classes are back in our centers again but if you still are more comfortable working out in your own space, you can follow along with Zoom.
