Medicare

I wanted to let you know I was very pleased with a recent Open Enrollment Medicare appointment that I had with Rosa Velez, PA MEDI Counselor for Berks Encore. I was confused about the changes to Medicare. Rosa took extra time to explain everything I needed to know. She was patient with me, asked questions to understand my situation, and provided me the details I needed to make a decision about Medicare coverage. I am so grateful for the help from Rosa and Berks Encore.
