What Aging Issues are Important to You? Take Our Online Survey.
As part of the Master Plan’s development, the department is encouraging everyone to fill out a survey anonymously to share their experience on what it means to age in Pennsylvania.
The University of Pittsburgh and other commonwealth-based partners created the survey, which is designed to capture the experience of older adults and people living with a disability across a wide range of issues. The issues in this survey have been identified as important for people as they age and for people who have disabilities. However, it is not meant to be all-inclusive. There is a space at the end of the survey to share any other suggestions or issues people find important.
The survey is open until September 30, 2023.
